About us
Tomasz Darkowski Law Firm provides legal services to individual and business clients.
The founder of the firm, Attorney Tomasz Darkowski, has extensive professional experience, particularly in the field of international law. He gained his expertise through a series of expert missions organized by the European Commission – TAIEX – in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a co-author of the “Impact Assessment” prepared for the Ministry of Justice of Serbia, analyzing the obligations arising from EU accession in the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, as well as numerous other publications, including:

Legal fee
The firm provides legal services based on long-term retainer agreements as well as one-time engagements.
As part of ongoing cooperation, the firm provides comprehensive legal support for the client’s business activities, including legal consultations, drafting and reviewing letters, contracts, and other documents, participation in legal negotiations, and representation in court proceedings.
For individual clients, we provide legal assistance on a one-time basis. Our services include legal advice, preparation of legal opinions, and representation in court proceedings.
Depending on the case, we apply different billing methods:
- Hourly billing, calculated as the product of the time spent on the case and the agreed hourly rate,
- Flat-rate billing, with a predetermined fee agreed for a specified scope of work,
- Success fee – a percentage of the compensation, damages, or other amount obtained for the client.
